Ross Wilson is an accomplished artist with an impressive educational background. He achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Fine Art from the University of Ulster, and further pursued his passion by attaining a master's degree from the esteemed Chelsea School of Art in London. With a career spanning over three decades, Ross has been a self-employed Artist, Sculptor, curator, and consultant. His dedication to his craft and expertise in various artistic disciplines have earned him a well-deserved reputation in the art world.


In recognition of his outstanding contributions to society, Ross was honoured with the BEM (British Empire Medal) in 2018, personally bestowed by Queen Elizabeth II. This prestigious award commended his community outreach work among marginalized communities in Northern Ireland and his charitable initiatives in Rwanda.


Apart from his artistic pursuits, Ross is fervently committed to community outreach. He has actively participated in Peace 3 programmes and has been a dedicated volunteer within marginalized and fragmented communities, showcasing his genuine passion for making a positive impact through the creative process.


Ross Wilson's reputation as an accomplished artist extends to his portraiture commissions, which include notable figures such as Nobel Laureates Seamus Heaney, Derek Walcott for the National Portrait Gallery London, Joseph Brodsky, as well as the celebrated American Pulitzer Prize Playwright Arthur Miller.


As a practicing sculptor, Ross boasts an impressive 25 -year expertise in the classical process of bronze casting, along with comprehensive knowledge of related technical processes. His proficiency extends to site works, project delivery, and the meticulous installation of sculptures.


Throughout his illustrious career, Ross Wilson has been recognized and invited to speak at esteemed institutions like Harvard University, Magdalen College Oxford, The National Portrait Gallery London, and Wheaton College Chicago. Moreover, he has been an honoured guest speaker to Members of Congress alongside The President of the United States in Washington D.C., a testament to the impact of his work on an international scale.
